If you have Facebook, there's a group you can join called babysteals.com - they offer a daily steal at 11am EST everyday and there's normally some pretty cool things. Today they are offering Ergo carriers at 45% to 48% off the regular price!! I just got one for $84 and that was with shipping - the sale price on it was $70.50! They have a neutral black one that has a sort of tribal design (I got that because I really don't know if I'm having a boy or girl, plus we may have more in the future) And they have a pink one for girls!
I think you can also just go to www.babysteals.com for it - but hurry because once they sell out, that's it!

Re: Huge STEAL on Ergo carriers!!!!
I love babysteals! I've tried to get a few things in the past and they've been sold out before I could get to them! Luckily I was around in time this morning! Now I can sell my bjorn that I used with DS - can't wait to get the Ergo!

babypup - doesn't that kind of thing drive you nuts?? I've had that happen before too. BTW, where do you live? I live near DC!
hmmm... ok, so this was on my list of demands for a second child. do you guys think i can convince dh to get one now? lol i don't know what alaina would think of it.
jen- i would totally bite on this- I am going to try it with Gisele. I honestly don't care if she doesn't like it- as it was on my list of demands too. I personally think she would like it though. I would get it- you won't see that price again.
110% agree!

Well, he didn't reply to my text or answer the phone. I gave him a few hours. lol
I ordered it. I still have some babysitting $, so if he complains, I can just put that in our account. I think it'll be okay though.
Glad you got in on it. That is a GREAT price. I have never seen them on sale that low- even if you go into BRU with a coupon- you can't get it that low.
I pretty much told DH that i never bought a Bjorn (because i knew they weren't great) and i only had a Snugglie carrier. He knew how much I carried (and he carried) gisele and how we had to stop using it after she got too big for it- it was sooo much easier to carry her- So he actually ordered it as soon as i sent him the website.
Hey y'all, just got one (well, a lillebaby, but same thing) for DD (18 months) and when we first tried it, she demanded "out" and was not sold on the idea. But that was in our house - trying it out. First time I went errand running with her in the hip carry, she LOVED it. Right at adult height, able to be a part of the interaction and goings on, and I had 2 hands free and she couldn't get away. Now when I get it out, she totally knows the drill and is happy to get it. GREAT GREAT GREAT for when you have 3-4 errands to run, are in and out of the car, and need your hands and a contained toddler. Get one and FORCE them to love it
