I usually bf him when he wakes up during the night since any milk I've pumped is more than likely in the fridge and cold. So that's usually about twice a night. Then the rest of the time I pump during the day and feed it to him when he gets hungry. I say I pump about 6 times a day and then we feed him formula 3 times a day.
I am pumping once a day, in the morning after I feed DS. This is being used to build my freezer supply. I have pumped a few times when DH has given DS a bottle of bm.

I have gone to pumping about 4x a day after feedings. I am still trying to get my supply back up to where it was before I went on meds, and it's really really close, but just trying to empty my breasts as much as possible to help things along.
Though he's just begun eating very very frequently so I may not even need to/be able to pump since I believe it's a growth spurt.

Re: pumping
At one month old I think I was still BFing 8 or 9 times a day. I didn't start pumping until 6-7 weeks.
Now I BF four times, give one bottle, and pump twice (once after morning feeding and once while DH gives the bottle).
