Anyone take their LO to this? It seems like a lot of money, so I want to make sure that it is worth it before I sign LO up! I take LO to Gymboree now and she loves it, so I am assuming she would love this as well. What was your experience with kindermusik? Thanks!

    no experience yet, but DS starts his kindermusik class in 2 weeks! I can update you then :)

    I am actually taking a trial class next Wednesday. You can definitely try out the classes for free before you sign up!

    We did Kindermusik in Ann Arbor and really enjoyed it.  Where is the Gymboree you go to located?  For some reason I can't find one near me when I google it.

    The Gymboree we go to is in Clinton Twp on 18 mile and garfield. I know they also have one in Birmingham.

    Since you are close to us you should take a class we are going to (three of us from this board). We are taking it at 23 and schoenherr at evola music. I believe it was cheaper than the gymboree classes.

    As an alternative option, if you have friends with children your LO's age, you can do your own KinderMusik.

    My mommmy group bought cheap instruments online and we run our own "program."  We have a different theme each time and follow the same routine.  $15 vs $150 was a no-brainer!

    This is exactly what I came to post about today!  I am looking for a music class that I can take my 16 month old daughter to, and I can't find any in our area, we are located in the Livonia, Northville, Novi area.  Does anyone know of a class nearby?

    I did gymboree with my daughter about 3 years ago and she loved it. I'm doing Kindermusik now with my son and hes not into it... could be the kid - who knows. Gymboree has more "activities" to keep them busy vs. just music and some other toys... If there was a Gymboree in business near my house again I would of gone to Gymboree no matter what the price.
