Need Nestie vibes please!

I alluded to this in the confessions this week, but DH has been job hunting for over a year with no luck. Insurance rates at his company keep rising and we can no longer afford paying $1,000+ a month to insure us all and keep our house. This isn't a health care debate post don't worry!

So anyway we decided to expand his job search outside of Orlando since the market is apparently really bad. We never expected to still be in this position a year later. Well he found a near perfect job for NCL cruise lines in South Florida which we just applied to!

He doesn't technically have enough years to qualify for this job so I'm a bit nervous. However, the one advantage we have with this job is connections. My uncle is a senior captain with NCL, he is one of the captains for the new Epic and is in France right now overseeing it being built and will drive it over. I know some people hate name dropping but in this crappy economy if my uncle can at least get us an interview I'd be more than thrilled. We desperately need a break!

Sorry this got long, if you can send us any nestie vibes that DH can get this job we'd really appreciate it! And I'd be a real South FL nestie once again! (though I will really really miss Orlando, I really do love it here).
