Free BG Diaper Coupon?

I just got my first issue of Mothering Magazine and there's a coupon for a free BG when you spend $10.00.  This might sound dumb, but how do I use the coupon?  I will be ordering off-line because I don't know of any local CD stores that I can actually go in.  I don't see a coupon code or anything.  Any suggestions?

    You can call in an order (not online) at cottonbabies.com. Then you mail them the coupon. They wait to ship your order until they recieve it.

     

    Or you can use abbeyslane.com. There you order it and then mail in the coupon. They reimburse you when they recieve it.
