Tonight is going to be a nightmare!

Camryn has a way of proving me wrong when I make declarations about the way something will go... so I am throwing this out into the universe in hopes that she does just that.

I am picking up the twins (3 years old) and their 7 year old sister from school and keeping them for the evening.. with Camy. A 7 month old, twin 3 year olds [who are hopped up on Mountain Dew 24hrs a day], and a 7 year old [who thinks she is helping all the time but really just irritates the twins leaving me playing referee 90% of the time].

Dinner with 3 picky eaters and one that needs to be spoon fed.

Bath with a 7 year old [who thinks she's too big for baths and always wants to shower, by herself in the bathroom, with the door closed, for eeeeever], one twin who will pitch a fit getting into the tub because she doesn't like baths and the other who will pitch a fit getting out of the tub because she loves baths, and a 7 month old who can't be in the tub long or with the twins' soap without her skin turning bright red and rashy.

Bedtime with twins who hate bedtime.

Bedtime with a 7 year old who hates bedtime.

And skipping bedtime with a 7 month old who loves bedtime.

Wish me luck. And chill me some wine.

This is going to be a looooong night that will probably end with me reinstating my "one and done" opinion.

Sigh. Off we go.
