NIFR Good thoughts needed

So DH and I have been offered a home that is in the family. They are going to kick out his uncle and his Gf fromt he home because they are not taking care of it or paying the loan which is on it.

The home was originally paid off but they tooka loan on it to help out the uncle in which he would pay the loan. He has not. We just want some good thoughts and prayers that we can get this house and fix it up. We would be purchasing the house for what is left on the loan. It would be great to get away from my MIL who live in the apartment above us.

    Thank you ladies, we just hope she goes this route instead of selling the house. She has talked about that as well. We are just hoping that this is the light at the end of the tunnel for us.

    It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.
