  I go to Simmonds and Simmonds up on Thomas Johnson Drive.  It's a big practice (which has it's pluses and minuses) but overall I'm happy with them.

   How big? I thought their were maybe 4 docs at this location?  I guess not. Do they do a prelim meeting or do you just start going?

  I also go to Simmonds and Simmonds and I was very happy with them.  They are a large practice, but not all of the doctors work out of all of the offices.  I mostly go to the Damascus office and I know that there are like four that routinely work at that location.  I didn't see all of the doctors that could have delivered at Shady Grove (I'm closer to that hospital than I am to Frederick) since those doctors primarily worked at other locations, but I wasn't worried since I had been pleased with every other doctor that I had seen at the practice. 

  I started going there before I got pregnant, so I'm not sure if they do prelim meetings or not.  

  I really recommend them. I had a great experience and I will definitely be using them when I get pregnant with baby number two!

  I have used Capital Women's Care on Thomas Johnson Drive for 5 years. I am having my 2nd child with this office and I love all the doctors.

  I love Simmonds and Simmonds. I switched to them after having a bad experience with Capital Women's Care out of Rockville (not the Frederick location).  While the practice is "big", all of the doctors I have met so far are great!  I see Dr. Helmbrecht specifically and she is great!  She is just a meet and greet type meeting with me before I decided to go there full time (this was before I was pregnant).  I have now seen 3 other doctors and they were great!  I definitely highly recommend them.

  Dr. Helmbrecht is my absolute favorite.  I lucked out and she was the on call doc when I went into labor with DD.  I would've been fine with any of them delivering her, but I was so happy to discover that Dr. Helmbrecht was there!
