What recipe for dinner with these ingreds?

I have some fresh brocolli, mushrooms and onion. I have some frozen ball tip steaks I could take out of the freezer or some frozen chicken breasts. Any suggestions? I would normally make a stir fry but I want to do something different. WDYT? TIA!

Yeah I know we have some flour tortillas for DH (i am allergic) and I think we have some tortilla chips that I could make mine kinda like a taco salad. Good suggestion! thanks!

Maybe add some rice or pasta, dump a can of cream of mushroom soup, cut the chicken up and make some type of casserole?

I'd slap in some garlic, white wine, parsley and cooked pasta with the chicken and veggies and cook it stovetop.
