I have been hanging out here for about three weeks. I want to introduce myself too. My DH is 41 and I am 40. We have been TTC for two years since our wedding. We had no known fertility issues other than age and wanted to be proactive due to the fact that DH works 7 and 7 so he is only in town 50% of the time. And here we are two years later still TTC. We did two IUIs last year and received BFNs both times. We did IVF in February and got a BFP but at 5 weeks we were told it was a chemical pregnancy. I went to the doctor this week and my beta level was finally down to 0.That was an awful emotional roller coaster ride. We plan to do IVF again in April. We had nothing to freeze from the first round so we are starting from scratch again. This will be our last try. I sure hope we get a miracle. I have loved reading all of your posts and am looking forward to all of your wonderful support. It is nice to not be alone. And I love lending support to all of you as well.
Re: introducing myself too
Hi and welcome! I'm sorry about the ttc roller coaster you've been experiencing. I think that all of us here can relate on one level or another. I am the first to admit that I haven't posted as much as I've wanted. But I can also attest to the fact that this board is full of wonderful, strong women who've given me kind words and support when I really needed it. Each and every one of them has been so kind. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you coast into April. Good luck and let us know how everything is going.

My BIL's entire family is from Houma...small world!
Welcome to the board. You are not alone - we are all here to support each other.
Im sorry about the chemical. I know that is so devastating after IVF.
Good luck with your upcoming IVF!
Hello and welcome.
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. (((hugs)))
Good luck to you from an other TTC@35+ chick waiting on a miracle. It happens every day. Why not to us, right?
