Not sure what stores you have in WI but we have Party America, Hobby Lobby and Nobbies that all have great supplies.

For basics, I bought paper goods, streamers, plates, etc from the dollar store and Wal-Mart. For specialized items, I went to Party City. We are doing a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme.

We have stores called Party City. Not sure if they are everywhere or just down here. But they have SO MUCH fun stuff!
