Hi everyone, The TTC Prayer Group is a support group utilizing the power of prayer. If you want to join we will assign you a prayer buddy and all you have to do is simply include that person in your prayers. Very simple-yet powerful!!! Feel free to search under TTC prayer group and check in at whatever time of day. If you have any concerns, special prayer requests, or need to reach us outside of the nest email us at suzannesteward69@yahoo.com or jplotz22@gmail.com.
If you want to join the group and be linked up with a prayer partner please provide the following info: your name, if you choose, your email address, your age, if you are TTC baby number 1, 2, etc, and how long you've been trying. I'll assign you a partner the following day and you can begin posting as soon as you ask to join. Thanks!
I am Suzanne, 39 years old, and my DH and I have been trying to have a baby for four years. In 2008, we had undertaken fertility treatments and had four IUIs ? all BFNs. We got our BFP after completing our first IVF cycle. Unfortunately, however, I had a missed miscarriage and a D&C on September 17. We will try IVF again in the summer.
I am Jessica; after TTC with PCOS for almost a year DH and I have been blessed with a miracle through IVF. Our daughter is due May 19th, 2010.
For this week, March 22-26, Suzanne will post between 8:00-10:00 Eastern time. For next week, March 29-April 2, Jessica will post between 11:30-12:30.

Most Recent BFP: PinkRoses & Perry & Tonys Bride 2B ? CONGRATULATIONS!!!
This Week?s Events:
3/23-Zanymermaid will get the results from her biopsy
Praise:
Borst-Plotz: Her 30 week ultrasound went great! Baby G is weighing in at 3.5lbs and growing perfectly!
*Shotzie: Hailey has been gaining an ounce a day-which is perfect! Congrats on a beautiful little girl Shotzie!
Zanymermaid: Her biopsy went well yesterday. Her surgeon is almost positive that the lump in her breast was just a cyst and not breast cancer. She and her surgeon will know for sure when they get the results in about a week. So, please continue to pray that everything is fine!
Tonys Bride 2B: is pregnant! She?s in her early second trimester now!
PinkRoses: Her NT scan went very well and the numbers look good!! Please pray for great blood tests results!
Special Prayer Requests:
rppanda: She forgot to mention the last time that the doctor had her start taking metformin, starting with 1 pill for 7 days then 2 pills for 7 days then 3 pills from then on... well she?s only gotten up to the 2 pills and she has a terrible break out. She is broke out all over her face, neck, chest, and back. It is absolutely horrible. Her face itches and looks terrible. She called the doctor to see if this was a side effect or if they had any suggestions to help it go away... the doctor said that it looks like she must be allergic to the metfromin. So they want her to stop taking it. There is another option for her to take another medicine, but she has to call them back to let them know if she wants to take it. But it sounds like her skin has to clear up first. So now she?s nervous that if she?s not pregnant, then she won't start her period, because she?s not on prometrium anymore and because the metformin was supposed to make things start. So now she?s not sure what's going to happen. Please pray that she is pregnant and doesn?t have to worry about anything.
Softskate: She and her baby seem to be doing well. Her blood pressure is creeping up even though she?s already on meds for it, so they?re watching that closely with the MFM now. She has her big u/s. on March 8. After that, she will have NST and growth u/s at 24, 28, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 weeks and will be induced when it is found that the baby is safer out than in. She won?t be allowed to go past 39 weeks for sure. Please pray that she will be able to keep her blood pressure down so that they can prevent early onset pre-e and other scary complications. A praise ? she doesn?t have GD!
Zanymermaid: She is having difficulties with her Sunday school instructor. Please pray that the situation will be resolved soon and/or that she and her DH will find a new class to attend.
Our newest members:
Naomi: She?s 26 and has just started TTC #1.
bbg5271: She and her husband Alex have been TTC baby #1 since August 2006. She has PCOS and has tried cycles of Clomid and Metformin which haven?t worked. Please pray for her and her husband during this journey to a little one.
QOTD: Do you have any flowers blooming in your yard? We have so many! We have crocuses, daffodils, and hyacinths. Our lilac bush is beginning to bud.
Reflection: Romans 12:21: Do not let evil defeat you; instead conquer evil with good.
Jess regrets that she will no longer be able to post for the TTC Prayer Group. Her baby is due in May and she will be very busy and no longer have the time to devote to posting. However, she will continue to keep in touch with us. Please join me in wishing all the best to Jess! Jess, we will miss you. Suzanne would love to continue the TTC Prayer Group, but in order to do so she will need somebody to volunteer to take Jess's place. If you are interested in doing so, please email Suzanne as soon as possible. Her email address is suzannesteward69@yahoo.com.

Re: **********TTC Prayer Group**************
QOTD: We just moved into our house this past fall, so I'm not really sure what flowers are blooming, but there are a bunch, it will be a nice surprise to see what flowers we will have.
Update: AF started last Friday, so I had to get scheduled for a baseline ultrasound, which I had yesterday. The nurse said that I am a very textbook PCOS "patient". I will be going back next week for my day 12 ultrasound to see how my follicles have matured. I will have another ovidrel shot on the day that they suggest. DH is also getting a more extensive SA done this Friday, since the original SA was just basic, this other test will give us more information on the shape of the sperm and so on. The doctors office said that I can decide if I want take the other form of Metformin (can't remember the name) but that it is up to me. I said I would wait to see what my day 12 ultrasound looks like before deciding if I need the extra meds. I am also taking baby aspirin, they said that it will help increase blood flow to the uterus.
Keeping my fingers crossed and saying my prayers. Let this work this time.
