AW: Maternity Pics

As a photographer, I'm not a fan of being in front of the lens. I had no intention of having any maternity shots taken up until about 2 weeks ago when a friend convinced me to do just a couple, even if I never showed them to a single person. I just got a couple back and they're so good that I decided to share. They're posted on my blog (link in siggy).

Note to self: Wear make-up more often you'll look (and feel) a whole lot better about yourself :)

    At any rate, they are GREAT and I really love the balloons! I'm glad you decided to do them.  You'll look back and be glad that you preserved this time in your life. :)

    And I will tell you my professional opinion is that in the one shot of your face, your eyes look great and your skin looks nice and smooth. So you obviously did a good makeup job on yourself!

    Thanks so much - I'm still planning on a makeover sometime post baby, so am still planning on calling you for that. I don't think I've worn this much makeup since my wedding and I'm shocked that I remembered how to apply it! I've been blessed with good skin throughout the second half of my pregnancy (first half was like puberty) but I'm pretty sure my friend smoothed it out in photoshop a bit too :)

    The shots are adorable!! And I've been meaning to tell you that your 3D u/s pic in your siggy is the coolest one I've ever seen. I can't believe they caught a SMILE! That is awe.some.

    Thanks!! The 3D ultrasound was my Valentine's gift, and this picture alone made it worth every penny. We were really lucky and got about 40 pictures as high quality, but the smile is what made me fall in love with the baby in my belly :)
