E2 levels for IVF

I know with my IUIs they like to see my E2 levels between 200-600. What are the ideal levels for IVF?

I am sure it varies from RE to RE, but I guess just to get an idea.

    Mine peaked at 2500

    the day after trigger my E2 was 1967, but I have POF, and that was with 19 follicles, 13 measuring mature, which clearly wasn't the case.

    They want to see an E2 of 150-200 per mature follicle.

    Dx: MFI, DOR, 9 Fibroids and homozygous MTHFR

     The 150-200 per mature follicle helps a lot and makes sense.

    Mine was over 4000, but that is considered high

    I didn't realize this until my RE mentioned it, but cetritide and ganirelix suppress E2 levels.  So if you are taking either of those drugs your E2 levels might read lower than they normally would.

    Because everyone responds differently, I don't think there are set "ideal levels" for IVF.  They do like to see something close to the 150-200 rule though.  I was as follows:

    IVF #1:  Triggered when E2 was around 3,000 - got 4 egg at ER, all were mature

    IVF #2:  Triggered when E2 was barely over 900 - got 7 eggs at ER, all were mature

    It is easier to tell it your E2 is good once you know how many follicles you are working with.

    I would say 2000 to 4000 depending on your number of follies. I triggered at 5200...so there is a sliding scale depending on the individual.
