If you need a finger food idea...sweet potato pancake recipe

Lane loves these.  I put fruit puree on top.  I don't actually use it as finger food yet.  I still use his spoon (otherwise he just crumbles it all over and doesn't get any in his mouth), but it is giving him good chewing practice.  ;)
