Did you end up getting the Jo Tote camera bag? I remember you posted on the photography board that you were going to get one - so I wanted to see what your opinion was on it.

I'm hoping to get one soon, but dont know anyone that actually has one, so if you have any good/bad reviews let me know!

    Yes, and I LOVE it.  I have the olive one with the black and white interior (damask I think it's called). 

    The only issues I've had is that it smelled very strongly of "new bag" smell but leaving it open overnight got rid of most of it, and the zipper isn't super strong so you can't zip it up if it's overstuffed, but that's probably a good thing anyway.

    Awesome! Thanks, I can't wait to order one! I hate taking my camera out because I hate the standard Canon bag I have for it, and wont just throw it into my diaper bag. So I still take my P&S everywhere with me instead, which defeats the purpose of buying the dSLR!

    Yeah I got it specifically to use as a purse/diaper bag/camera bag and it works perfectly (although it probably would have been too small before they got off bottles).  I love being able to actually take my camera with me now without having to bring a separate bag for it.

    I have the Jo Tote too.  Olive with vine interior.  I love it.  Mine smelled funky when I first got it too, but it went away within a couple of days.  The only issue I've had otherwise is the little (non-zippered) pouch inside has come unstitched a little bit, but it's nothing that cant be fixed.

    Highly recommend it.  I have gotten a ton of compliments on it.
