talk to me about pineapple & pomegranate

How much and when should I start?  I've read that pineapple aides in implantation, but what does pomegranate do?

    Pom is supposed to help thicken your lining, in general it is a great antioxidant.

    it increases the thickness of the uterine lining for some girls.

    So I should start now while I'm stimming right?  Is there a recommended amount or is a glass a day okay?

    I used to drink 4-6 oz daily but then got tired of it and started taking the pills, I take 4 a day. 

    I got my Pom pills from Vitamin World but POM has their own and other vitamin retailers sell their own version as well.  Mine were $11 a bottle and Swanson's Health Products has it for about $5 a bottle.

    I'm now taking pom supplements - some girls say it works just as well for lining as the juice. . . as an fyi!
    m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    Yeah it doesn't work for me either, I used google and a lot of bump threads came up.  Some were applicable some not.  How sad that google can search the bump better than the bump.  Oh well it pays to be a google junkie :-)
