From the Adoption board: Block Feature - Launching TodayWe're going to be (re)launching the block feature around 5pm today. You may experience some downtime on the boards as we make the update, but it shouldn't last more than an hour.
With this feature, you will be able to hide all posts made by any member you choose. Enjoy
It's so weird - it says I have 3 responses, but I only see two, mine &Mrs.JulieT. Someone I blocked must be responding. Just ignore her - I'm sure she'll go away.
I'm going to start paging each one of you Nestie beeyatches indivdually to make sure none of you have blocked me! And if you did block me then I'm going to ride back and forth in front of your house on my bicycle like the weirdo stalker I am.

...but I don't know how you un-block someone, so don't go blocking all willy-nilly unless you figure that aspect out....

How to Manage your Block List
-->
There is a link to the left
under "my boards" that says "Unblock
Bumpies" - you can click this to unblock someone at anytime.
If
you
block the original poster of a thread, you'll still see their
subject line because we want to let you know there are replies in there
(it would be weird to block all the replies from you too). But when you
click on the post you won't have to see the blocked member's post(s).
Also, if another member quotes someone on your block list, you'll end
up seeing what they posted. (For anyone who didn't see the earlier
announcement and has no idea what I'm talking about, we've added a block feature).
PS - I noticed a lot of people also asking about our search
function. We've made updates to this as well. Just enter the topic
you are searching for in the bump tab at the top of any page and
results will be sorted by articles, Q&As, blog posts and message
board posts.
Warning
No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
