  I ate Arbys Roast beef while pg w/ DS, I would eat it again.  Maybe b/c's it's deli meat, idk.

  I've been eating Arby's like crazy this whole pregnancy. Me and LO are both healthy. They cook the roast beef, so it's safe.

  i ate one B&C awhile back and then wasn't sure it was the best idea because the roast beef, every time I get it, isn't all that hot.  but i don't know if it's really "deli meat" the way, say, bologna is.  If yours is hot, go for it.  If you can keep it down, more power to you.

  If you're that worried about the dangers lurking in meats and cheeses, why are you googling AFTER you eat it?

  The greatest danger in eating Arby's is the calorie content.
