If your betas were followed for a while...

Do you know about when they peaked? When they slowed to double? I had them drawn last week 8w5d, and it was about 70300. 10 days before it was about 27k. That only doubled 1.5 times in 10 days... Does this sound like maybe I am at the point to where it would slow/peak and even begin to decrease?

    Yes.  At this point, my RE would've done a u/s because the numbers slow down and don't really tell you anything.

    I found this on americanpregnancy.org:

    The hCG levels will peak at about 8-12 weeks of pregnancy and then will decline, remaining at lower levels throughout the remainder of the pregnancy. If the levels are questionable, an ultrasound scan should be used to diagnose the pregnancy outcome. Ultrasound findings are much more accurate at diagnosing pregnancy viability after 5-6 weeks gestation than hCG levels are.

    i had betas until 8 or 9 wks....at  that point they really slow down...think you are fine
