This is more of a big kiddo post - but a very big AWWW

My H has been at the Rodeo for most of Spring Break. I have had our kiddos for the entire Spring Break. My SS is 15. I have to give him HUGE kuddos. I came home late Wed night and went straight to bed. I had been at the rodeo for the concert (we had to take judges to the concert). My SS was going to ride with my SIL to the rodeo Thursday to spend the night with his dad at the hotel, so he had to go to work with me that morning. I was getting all my stuff ready Thursday morning and noticed that all my burner covers for the stove were sitting by the sink (lined up like they had been washed)...It took a moment to click. I walked around the corner to look at the stove and it was SPOTLESS! My SS was sitting on the couch putting his shoes on and I asked "Did you clean the stove?? -in the shocked, really he did this, voice" He looked at me and said "Yes, mam'm"

I got in the car and off we went to work that morning. On our way, he explained that he had cooked some eggs for breakfast the morning before and some it got all over one of the burners. So he cleaned that all up and cleaned the rest of the stove. Even scrubbing the burners. I thanked him OVER AND OVER. I was so proud of him. I bragged on him to everyone in front of everyone. I made sure to call his dad and brag again, so he knew and could spoil him out at the rodeo. That moment made my week. It was a special day at our house! (And as you can see, I am still bragging on him!) I have a great son that is becoming more and more of a man each day...it is wonderful to watch him grow.
