Buying Diapers... Whats a good price?

How do I know what a "good deal" on diapers is?  

I'm not planning to stock up a lot before the baby comes but figure if I can get a deal on a couple of packs to have when we come home from the hospital, i'll do it. 

Also, does BRU take manufacturers coupons and allow you to use them in conjunction with their own promos (coupons, gift cards when you purchase, etc)?

    $.20/diaper is a good deal - anything below that is great :-)

    I am not too diligent about coupons, but I try to have one for each package - but it's usually for $1.50ish, so I usually get them for $.22/diaper and I am fine with that.

    Make sure you divide it out per diaper b/c the price exponentially increases the smaller the packages, so a lot of times it's better to use the coupons on the largest pack.

    Not sure about the coupon stacking.  I am always afraid to b/c most of my coupons say "not to be used with other offers" or something like that.  I don't know what all you can get away with - but there are a lot of couponers that can give you some advice on that.

    BRU does allow you to stack manufacturer's Qs with their own.

    I started using Kirland diapers from Costco for my son when he moved to a size 3. They are actually on sale until April 4 if you are a member. They are just like Huggies. He even sleeps in them!

    I only buy the big value boxes at BRU.  I will wait until they are running a deal where you get a $5, 10, or 15 GC with the purchase of 2 boxes.  I also use whatever manufacturer coupons I have as well.  With the BRU card you get your 10th box of diapers free (I have already earned one).  I am sure you can probably get some better deals out there but this works well for me.  I will also buy the diaper that you get more of for that size like baby dry over cruisers.

    I buy the big boxes at BRU and have a BRU rewards card.  They'll send you coupons in the mail.  I used to buy at Sams, but they don't carry the kind we wanted anymore.

    Ditto this except we go to Costco not Sam's.  They don't have the brand or size I use at Costco.  I find BRUs price is usually good, especially wih their coupons.

    CVS is starting a good deal on Pampers tomorrow and Walgreens is starting a good deal on Huggies tomorrow.  It is best to get the small packs of different kinds in the beginning to try and see what works best for you.

    Buy 1 Pampers Jumbo Pack or Easy Ups at $8.97, Get $3 ECBs (Limit 2)
    Use $2/1 coupon from the 2/7 P&G insert or 3/14 RedPlum insert
    $3.97 after coupons and ECBs

    Buy 3 Huggies Diapers at $8.99, Get $5 Register Rewards
    Use $3/1 Huggies Diapers printable here or here
    Stack with $1/1 Huggies Diapers/Pull-Ups coupon from the  Walgreens Activity Book (should deduct $3)
    Spend $14.97 plus tax out of pocket, Get $5 Register Rewards back
    $3.32 per package after coupons and Register Rewards!

    Um...I'm going to Walgreens this week.  J gets annoyed that I overbuy diapers (we have 3 pkgs at home now, plus 1 at daycare) but I'd rather stock up than pay full price.  Plus, I'll keep the rec and just exchange them if I need to for bigger ones when/if he outgrows them.

    Heck, I have a bunch of coupons that expire next month and I'm probably going to buy a mix of 2's and 3's.  He'll use them eventually.
