Two of my husbands coworkers send their children there. They are happy with it. We considered it b/c of location but they do not offer a part time rate for infants so we didn't research any further. I haven't heard anything bad about it. Good luck!
Ditto, I dismissed it in the beginning because they didn't offer part time for infants. I looked into it again about a year ago when I was unhappy with our current center and was seriously considering making the move, but then things improved dramatically with our current center, so we stayed. But I have heard great things and they answered all of my questions very well. It's amazing how many more questions you know to ask once you're already in a daycare!
I actually just quit sending DS there to SAH. I loved it though and if it had been worth it for me to work, I would have stayed. I really liked all the girls that worked in the room and have several old coworkers who graduated through the infant room recently and love it. I know they were filling up when I left (several new babies) but a few were ready to move up too. And I think they do offer PT now based on what's available.
I was a child care teacher in the mechanicsburg area for a few years, and i've heard great stuff about the Goddard School. If I was informed correctly they only employ certified teachers who have a degree and I'm pretty sure its the number 1 rated child care center in the area. I've also heard its the most expensive but hey you get what you pay for.

The Mechanicsburg Goddard is actually not the most expensive...by far actually. We looked at the Enola Goddard and Enola Kindercare. They were both over $200 a month more than the Mechanicsburg. I was quite shocked by this, especially since two of them were the same center. The owner of the Mechanicsburg one said that since they're franchises they charge what they want.
We hated the Enola Goddard! Of course this was about 4 years ago. We pulled our daughter out of the infant room and switch to the Enola Kindercare. We're not on the east shore, so I don't know how either of them are now.
