In Home Care Provider

Hello Ladies, I am looking for any suggestions for an in home care provider in Pearland. I am thinking more along the lines of an in home care provider for a few reasons.
1.) less illness 2.) more 1 on 1 with my child 3.) My hubby has work from home days during the week and would be able to help the care provider as needed.

I would like to know if any of you have tried this or know of a good trustworthy person that may be interested.

we looked and honestly weren't happy with the in-homes that we found. we had to use one near where i work because the day care that we use now had to extend their waiting list. we liked it, but the hours were shorter, you have no options if they get sick/go oot/etc. we weren't thrilled with the fact that we were paying for our daughter to be parked in front of the tv at some point in the day.

its more $$, but we like the interaction she gets at a regular center. plus, she loves her teachers and is making friends.

My kids go to an in-home center and I love it. They don't watch tv during the day and she has a pre-school curriculum that she does with the kids.
I have known this lady for a very long time because she took care of my sister's kids, too. I trust her completely, and my children love her.
