How do you clean your pump parts? I only have access to a bathroom and I really don't want to clean them there. How do you do it? Any suggestions? TIA!

I have an extra set of pump parts that I keep at work, but what I do is after I pump I put the parts into a bowl and clean the parts in the bowl with dishwashing soap (that I bring and keep at work). Maybe I'm making it too complicated but I've forgotten my pump parts three times now so I decided it's better for me to just keep the extra set at work.
