Baby Whisperer - Video or book?

Can anyone give some advice on which might be better?  I'm not sure if I'd get through the book with how little time I seem to have (maybe this is why I need the book)

Anyone have the videos?

    I haven't seen the video, but I love love love the book.  I keep it handy & reference it all the time.

    I didn't know there was a video, so I looked on amazon.  The reviews are bad... seems like everyone says read the book
