Irregular periods after childbirth?

Hi everyone,

My son is 3 months old.  I had a slight period at 4 weeks post partum, then a heavier, but still not heavy like usual one two weeks later, and havent had one since.  Have any of you noticed very irregular periods as well?  I know I'm not pregnant, but its been almost 2 months since my last period, I had a c-section with a pretty bad recovery period, so I'm thinking my body is probably still healing now and getting back on track.

    I was supplementing until last week, now he's all formula. 

    Your baby is gorgeous, BTW!

    i bf'ed my first till 11 mos and didn't get a period till i stopped.  i remember my OB saying the norm is that most woman don't get a period for a year after giving birth, but i don't know if that was dependent on bf'ing. either way, they can be highly irregular.
