Sally Hansen Wax Strips?

Someone had recommended them for waxing your upper lip....I recently tried using them, and they didn't seem to work at all. Am I missing something or doing something wrong?  Are you supposed to leave it on your lip for a while? I just followed the directions and warmed them a bit first, and then tried to apply it. I just ended up with a huge sticky mess. Can anyone help me out?  Thanks! :)

    i have never had good luck with the pre-waxed strips

    i use the microwavable wax for my eyebrows (with muslin strips, even though it says you don't need them).  it works pretty well.

    Did you make sure to clean your lip first?  I could see it not working well if your skin hadn't just been washed.

    I'm pretty sure I'm the one who recommended it.  I haven't had any problems with it.  Sorry it's not working so well for you!
