1st Trimester

Wishing I could go for a jog...

... but lately I gag when I even walk too fast!  I guess I'll have to just enjoy the nice weather with a book out on the deck.  Anyone else finding it impossible to get some light exercise??

  • Yup...just too tired after a long day of teaching third grade (which I personally think should count as aerobic exercise)

  • Yes!  I was highly suspicious I was pregnant when I was running and was about to throw up after only a mile!  I wish I could run too :(

  • It's sooo nice out today that I would love to go running, but I'm on pelvic rest.?
  • We're having decent weather today too and I'd love to take a quick run but yeah, I feel really uncomfortable when I do. I guess I'll plant some pansies I got at the store a few days ago.

My friend/coworker who will have twins in approximately a month ran EVERY day for the first 3-4 months. I feel so guilty and lazy. She practically had no symptoms whatsoever.  Lucky gal.

    That IS lucky!

I really want this nausea to go away so I can get off my butt a little more often!  Otherwise, I'm afraid I'll gain 90 lbs.!  eek.

  • I'm really missing running! I ran a half marathon the day after I found out we were pregnant, so I thought it would be no problem to continue running...I haven't had a good run since then, 2 weeks and counting. Can't wait to feel a little better and get back out there.
