Would you take your LO to the beach alone?

The weather is supposed to be beautiful this weekend and I really wanted to take DS to the beach Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately DH says he has too much work to do so he can't go. And none of my friends or even my mom are free to go with us. I'm debating just taking DS by myself for a couple hours but I dunno... I'm not big on doing stuff by myself. Would you do it?

Of course! Why wouldn't you? My DH works crazy hours. If I ever want to do anything, I have to take both kids alone. It works out fine. Have fun!

Of course-I try to take any opportunity when DS and I can share time just the two of us. Cuz later down the road he's going to kick me to the curb to go and hang out with DH ;0(
