Umi shoe sizing

I am *attempting* to order Umi shoes online....how does the sizing run?  Should I follow the size chart?  Some sites say order size down b/c of generous fit.  So confused.  Advice from Umi buyers much appreciated!!

    I didn't order a size down but my daughter does have some growing room in her UMI shoes.

    When I bought them for her she was wearing a size 4 at the tie and i ordered a 4. They are really great shoes!
