  I'm not sure, maybe others can say yes, but I know I didn't--I stuck straight out til delivery at almost 39 weeks!

  My baby A dropped really low. That's when my baby B floated up into the transverse position (I think she was like, "Finally, look at all this room!"). So I had to have an emergency C-section. But that's a different story and not what you asked!

  I haven't dropped yet.  I hear some drop while others don't.
