BFP denial

Those dollar tree tests are unreliable, right? I know a line is a line, but it could just be a bad batch of tests, right?

Because that would give me 2 babies while on two different types of BC... and that isn't possible.

RIGHT?!? Not possible.

(I called my doc already. I am waiting to hear back. I only had 1 test, and DS is taking his nap so I can't go get another one yet. GAH)

    That would be pretty crazy, 2 babies while on BC both times. But to me it sounds like you are pregnant. Those tests are pretty reliable. Good luck (I am jealous!)

    How long have you had your Mirena?  I have one as well and for the past few weeks I have been having killer heartburn and some breast tenderness.....I keep telling myself, there is no way!!!  I too conceived my third on BC as well!!

    Any chance it's expired? Or that it could be an evap line (usually colorless, or so I hear)?

    It sounds to me like you might be expecting.  My DH's cousin got pregnant on Mirena.

    Sounds like a BFP...I went had the same thing happen but I was on Nuva Ring and used it perfectly...H and I pulled a knocked up and bought like 5 kinds of tests because we were using condoms as well and I was in complete denial of it...I am now 17 almost 18 weeks along

    From what I have seen, the dollar store tests are very similar to what is used in Dr's offices.

    A line is a line... so you're probably pg.  Not sure if you know the show Deliver Me on TLC but there was a woman on there who had gotten pg twice on BC.  It can happen for sure, even though statistically unlikely.  I won't say "congrats" since I'm not sure if that's what you want to hear right now...     it is extremely rare to get pregnant on mirena. have you gotten a check from your ob once it was inserted. i got mine and was told to wait 4 weeks to have him check and then i was set. if this is the case and your still pregnant, congrads! but again very very rare( even lower than on bc pills)

    My OB said he's only seen 2 women get pregnant with Mirena and both has lost it and didn't realize.  have you been checking your strings?  Check and see if its still in there!  It could be dangerous to be pregnant on Mirena. 

    Call your OB right away if you are pregnant.  GL!!!

    ditto- if you are pregnant with a Mirena still in, you need to see your OB right away...not to scare you, but it's important
