Bedrest Ladies....

At your next appointment you HAVE to be ok'd to go get a prenatal massage.  I went yesterday and they have a table that cradles your belly...it felt so good to lie on my stomach.

I felt fantastic all day and slept wonderfully! Do it Do it Do it!!!!!

    that sounds awesome! I was technically okayed for one in my 2nd tri, but I was too nervous about doing anything "extra" that could affect the babies. I never even got a pedicure b/c I was too paranoid. I am for sure scheduling a post-partum massage though!

    I had one two weeks ago before I was put on bedrest and OMG I dream about that pregnancy "bridge" thing you speak of. I WISH I had one of my own!! It's a best kept secret.

    Thanks for the tip.  I have a gift certificate for a prenatal massage but figured since I am now on bedrest I wouldn't be able to get it.  I'll have to ask my OB!!!!  I was thinking of at least going to get a pedicure soon (I'm allowed to go out for small outings) strictly for the foot massage part of it.  I feel randomly sore here and there from lying around all the time.

    oh my I was just telling my DH that I could use one. All this stress of being on bedrest I could def use a nice massage to get rid of all the tesion. Thanks for posting.

    I was scheduled for one next weekend but bedrest has put a stop to that.  Maybe when I get some more freedom I'll reschedule.  I just want to lay one my belly.
