Tylenol PM

I know that tylenol is ok to take, but what about PM? I could really use a good night's sleep!

    not sure about that but benadryll is safe, they gave it to me to sleep when I was on the hospital last week and it worked wonders!

    The main ingredient in benadryl is the same that is in the Tylenol Pm so yes it is fine!

    I'm going to disagree with PPs because I just asked my doctor's office about this on Monday and was told no.  Check with your doctor though, I've noticed on here policies can vary quite a bit from different doctors.

    I would say check with your practice.  I see that lots of PP's said their dr told them "no."  Mine specifically told me the other day that if I'm having trouble sleeping, it was perfectly ok to take some Tylenol PM.  Weird...
