cloth diaperers--can someone help me?

I'm thinking of switching H to cloth diapers but I have no idea where to start. I tried googling and my head swam.

Can someone give me some pointers, or point me in the direction of some good info?

    Really, I understand CD excitement -- I teach classes in the stuff, after all! ;)

    I may spend some time with DH in a bit, in which case I'll see if I can get to it during DD's nap time tomorrow.  I hope that's OK!
