Sorry girls, I forgot yesterday!! How'd you all do??
I maintained, no gain, no loss. I'm actually happy with that this week since Zoe was sick and I wasn't able to go to the gym 4 days in a row last week. It feels good to be back into the routine again. On week 8 of C25K running 28 minutes in a row, still can't believe it!!! Still sticking with WW during the week, bing a little lazy about it on the weekends, but doing my best.
A little AW... the aerobics instructor to the classes I go too at the gym noticed that I've lost weight, which I thought was very cool since she has like 20+ people in almost every class!

Isn't that the best feeling Mel when someone at the gym notices your hard work??? I'll never forget the complement I got years ago at my first gym when I was losing weight for the wedding.
I lost about 2lbs and that's apparently with my body in full pms mode this last week so hoping I'll lose more once AF and this bloat goes away. I get my jogging stroller today and I'm so excited because that means I can really start to exercise while bringing Mikey along for the ride.

I lost a pound. I did get out last Monday to walk. I have been sick for weeks and haven't had much energy to exercise. I'm starting to feel a bit better so I hope to get out and do some walking around the neighborhood with Caitlin!

I did good all week long but caved on Saturday - MH birthday dinner - baked a red velvet cake and couldn't resist inhaling three slices!
I weighed myself this morning and lost 1.5lbs. I bought Gillian MIchael's 30 Day Shred DVD yesterday at Target on sale for $9. She works you hard in just 20 minutes...I was dying!! I am sooo out of shape...the journey continues.
Ok I'm joining in!! I gained 6 pounds since I was pregnant and add that to the weight I had gained and hadn't lost over the holidays before I got pregnant and I have 11 pounds to lose.
I'm going to dust off my Wii Fit in a few days when I'm feeling better and start working out on that again. And I'm going to go buy a bunch of Lean Cuisine and Health Choice meals. I am definitely motivated!
I think I'm going to start WW this week. I am down a total of 4lb since I started watching again with you ladies, but I just finished my period and I always bloat up right afterwards and now I'm back up 2 "pounds" which I know is just water weight. I'll have to drink some extra fluids this week.
Yay for everyone who is losing weight!

I gained 0.2 pounds last week. I decided to splurge since we were on vacation. I havn't had a single restaurant meal or cheat really since I started on December 28th. When I start diets I get obsessive and never let myself stray which I guess is good for great fast weight loss. So it was a struggle but I allowed myself to eat out with all my family all 5 days and even had dessert, and a lot of it. I don't feel guilty and think it was 100% worth the splurge
Now it's back to the grind and I'm looking forward to my next splurge which will be by birthday mid May!
