I work for State government as an HR consultant. Since the budget situation is so bad and there isn't much hiring going on we've been awfully slow lately. I'd take being SUPER busy over this ANY day!
I am and my boss left for the day for lunch and St. Patty's day festitvities. He invited me to go but I would not have as much fun as I did last year of course, so I have a bunch of work to do, but I can probably get it done in 2 hours so I have the rest of the day to relax

I am unfortunately! My manager just completely changed my job responsibilities ONLY because I'm pregnant and she "needs to make sure everything is covered while I'm out". Um, I'm not leaving for 3 months AND we already had a plan for this.
My motivation is out the window and I don't see it returning anytime soon!! My bumping time is going way up
ETA: I am a recruiter. I used to specialize in accounting and finance because that is my background. I was moved into an industrial unit recruiting forklift drivers/ general labor. Boo!
