I just can't seem to get caught back up on sleep. I know I've been exhausted from being pg, but this week has been even worse. Maybe it's because I was on call over the weekend and got a total of 3-4 hours of sleep Saturday night. Or maybe it's just because it's dark when I wake up now. This whole time change is kicking my butt.

Re: Is anyone else still exhausted from the time change?
We are all doing pretty well with it.
I'm just amazed that I only had to get up twice last night to pee. Which means I had two stretches of 4hours of sleep at a time. That is a miracle for me!
Annalise would probably sleep until 8:30-9 if we didn't have to wake her up for daycare. Our problem is that work doesn't start an hour later!

I go to bed late so I know that's part of it--but yes, I think the whole family is still adjusting. I mean, seriously, it is one freakin' hour! My body is apparently extremely programmed to the time.
My girls are also a little crabbier than normal (my oldest mostly) and would sleep late if we didn't have to wake them for daycare. My oldest had been getting up at 6:30 prior to the time change and would sleep until past 8 if we let her.
I could do without DST--I don't need an extra hour of daylight at the end of the day.
