Update: Not as far along as I thought...

Went back to the doctor for my follow up ultrasound and my worst fears were confirmed. The little gray blob with a flitter of a heartbeat we saw two weeks ago is gone and now only a sac can be found. I never imagined a heartache like this or that you could actually cry until you puke. Huge hugs to anyone else who is going through this.

I want to thank everyone who read or responded to my first post two weeks ago and my deepest thanks for all the kind words, warm wishes, and happy thoughts that were sent my way. I could not have made it through these past two weeks without the hope that you all gave me. I hope to rejoin you one day. H&H 9 months to all of you!!
