I am 32 weeks and I think I have given up on buying anymore maternity clothes! I went shopping today and realized that my behind is HUGE!!!!! And what is up with these maternity stores having the heat turned up! I mean trying on jeans and sweating is counterproductive!!!! Has anyone else given up like me???

i went shopping one time... i refuse to buy too many maternity clothes. they cost too much and they get worn out easily especially the jeans! Sweats are just much more comfortable

Me! I went on an Old Navy shopping online spree, only to be deeply disappointed with how I look in them

One dress I bought seriously has pleats on the back! I understand the front, but really, do I need to emphasize my huge a$$ too?!

I think I went shopping once or twice total and that was way back at like 18 weeks. Apparently, I must be low maintenance, LOL.

I know I forgot to even complain about how much these stinkin clothes are! That is another reason to give up too!!!! I was shopping for my upcoming showers, but I may just show up in my pjs..hahaha!!! Everyone keeps telling me to be comfy! HAHA

I'm sick of buying maternity clothes as well. Most of the clothes are so frumpy and boring... I just can't wait to wear cute post pregnancy clothes for the Summer. I

I figure for the next 5-8 weeks I'll live in my yoga pants and Spring/Summer dresses (once the weather warms up).

I've given up too! I bought a few shirts online a while back because I need some short sleeve stuff. It's weird though, the shirts are like huge and make me look more pregnant than I am, no thanks, I'll pass.

I've bought a pair of leggings, 2 short sleeve tops and a cardigan since Christmas. I refuse to buy any more at this late stage. Now I'm looking for non maternity pieces that are loose or constructed so I wear them for the transition/weight loss after delivery. If I could find true petite length yoga pants, I'd buy 20 pair.

I hear ya, I tried on some yoga pants and they were super long so I couldn't get them! I would love to just live in those, but it is hard to find ones that are short enough.

32 weeks here as well and i've totally given up. I'm going to try and get by with what I have. The only problem...I need something semi-dressy for my shower and I DREAD trying on any clothes at this point! UGH!!

I am vain. I admit it. I shop for stuff for clothes all the time. I aim for the sale racks and have managed to score some great stuff. It makes me feel better to have cute comfy clothes at good prices.

I am totally with you! I only have about 4 weeks left of work, so I figure, what's the point? And any clothes I've bought in the last month or so have been non-maternity, but bump-friendly and post-baby friendly (hopefully!!). I say, save your money!

I pretty much bought everything at once and hoped I was done, but now it is warm and I don't have any t-shirts! I think I'll stop by Old Navy tomorrow and buy 2. That should be enough.
