s/o peeing in a cup

So yesterday at the Drs office, they told me to do my thing so I went to the bathroom peed in the cup, wiped it off and set it on the sink so I could finish up and everything.

Well, I get up to wash my hands and hit the cup...my precious pee went down the drain *looking back I am extremely grateful I hit it that way and it didn't go all over the floor*

So then I have to go tell the nurse I dumped my pee. I took my cup and what was left in it (not much at all...like less than 1cm) and she said it was enough to test.

I felt so dumb. Embarrassed
