    Yes

    400 mcg in addition to my PNV

    Bought a huge jar of it from Costco

    Thank you!  This is good to know.  I looked at CVS when I picked up my PNVs and couldn't find a bottle of just folic acid.  Maybe it wasn't near the PNVs?  The vitamin aisle is so confusing to me anyway!  LOL.

    If you don't mind my asking, how much folic acid is that in total (i.e., how much is in your PNVs)?  The PNVs I take have 1,000 mg of folic acid.  How much more is good to take?

    I take an additional 400mcg too.  I just get mine on the vitamin aisle at Walmart.
