Newborn photog that gives digital rights/CD?

I can't seem to find any photogs that give the digital rights of pics - it seems to be all about ordering pics from them.  When I was finding a wedding photog, a TON of them gave the rights to pics and the pics on a CD.

Anyone know of a local photographer that does this?

    I used sgphotography for my son's newborn pictures.  She provided me with a CD of all the high res images in place of a print credit.  The pictures turned out great and she has been great to work with.  She will be doing 4 more sessions throughout the first year.

    I also used SG Photography. She did my son's 6 month pics, and she's doing his 9 month and 12 month. She'll work with you on your requests.
