"Just relax and it will happen"

in 1st Trimester

Ladies, after reading your posts below on IF/God's Plan/Etc, I realized two things:

1. I've said this to someone with IF before

2. I didn't know what they were going through and should never have said it.

For me, it has always been comforting to think that God has a plan for me and there is a greater purpose behind things.  But after reading your posts, I realized that while I have suffered hardships in my life, I have never suffered that particular hardship and what is comforting to me might be insulting to someone else.

Tonight, I'm saying a prayer for all of us.  For those (like me), who got pregnant unexpectedly and easily enough to take it for granted, for those who have struggled and hoped for so long.  Most of all, for those little lives that we all hold so dear.

Regardless of your position, thank you for the food for thought.

    Exactly! 

    Dx with severe endometriosis. DS#1 conceived with Met and TI. TTC#2 for 2.5 yrs. Dx 2nd IF. 4 clomid cycles, 2 IUIs, Finally IVF#1 w/ICSI worked for us! twins born 35w3d. Unexpected total hysterectomy 6/11. Now on the HRT train.
