  Between 24 - 28 weeks.  I'll be doing mine pretty much right on the 24 week mark:)

  My office does them close to 28 weeks....I had it done at my last appt at 27 weeks.

  If there are no signs that it needs to be done any earlier... 24-28w(per my OB's office)  I have already done it once this pregnancy because I had high levels in my urine around 12w.  I passed no problems, but have to do it again with in the next few weeks.

  My doc said 26-28 weeks, he has me going in 3 weeks so I'll be just about 28 weeks when I go.

  if there is a family history, or any concern they may do it earlier (mine was at 13wks b/c there is such a high rate of dib. in my family)
