TMI perhaps..but has anyone had particles of tissue in their urine?

in 1st Trimester

I started spotting brown again last week and bec. I miscarried the 1st time, my doc got me in right away. Appt went well and everything looked great and we saw the heartbeat too. When I did the urine sample for her I noticed little particles of tissue, has anyone had this? I noticed it again later that day when I had to do another sample along w/my bloodwork. It doesn't happen everytime...but only when I put pressure on my bladder to urniate or have a bowel movement...I know...TMI...but this is why we have this wonderful board :)

    Ive had a lot of protien before but are you talking about something that looks like a clot?

    It could mean an early UTI that didn't show up in the pee test yet.  Keep an eye out for uncomfortable or frequent urination, and call you dr if you think you need to.

    This might be a dumb question, but are you sure it's tissue in your urine and not CM?

    Don't think it's CM...its brown little specs, and not clots either. I go back in  2wks which at that time I will be 10 wks. I was so relieved after my appt Friday to know everything was fine and that she hopes the spotting will subside on its own and I know she had to have seen that in my urine sample that morning. Perhaps its apart of the spotting?? When she did the pap she noticed the brown spotting I was talking about, but it wasn't red and since I'm not cramping it was nothing to worry about...I guess I should not worry...but when you see things floating after urinating...how can you not freak out!

    This happened to me at the very beginning of my pregnancy. I never figured out what it was but it went away...happened a couple times. I always wondered if it was literally tissue...meaing tissue paper. I have spotted ever since I found out I was pregnant and I would always wipe more than necessary to see how much spotting I could see. I later began to wonder if the tissue I thought I was "passing" was really from tissue paper. I know this sounds weird but I can't think of what else it might have been because everything it okay now. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Try to stay calm...I know...easier said than done...but seriously try to. :)
