A Little Help Please... A little long too.

I have a little dilemma, last night I didn't sleep very well with the anticipation of AF this morning.  I had two days of temp drops so I was sure that she would come today.  I woke up at 3 and took my temp for goofs and giggles and it was 97.79 which is very unusual. Then I woke up at 7 and it was 97.53.  I was excited because then there was still hope of a BFP and still no AF.  My question is what temp do I use? TIA

    What time do you normally temp?  7:00?  If so you should use that temp.

    Feb. 2012 = sFET #1 = BFN
    Feb.2012 = Hail Mary IUI #4 = BFN
    April/May 2012 = FET #2 w/our last two embies = BFP (Please let this be it!)
    Beta #1 8dp5/6dt = 234 Beta #2 10dp5/6dt = 695 Beta #3 12dp5/6dt = 1796 Beta #4 17dp5/6dt = 17,888 U/S #1 May 17, 2012 = Twins
    Baby B's heart stop beating at 9 weeks 5 days
    Our little miracle baby is a boy. :)

    Baby Boy Owen and Baby Girl Avery were born too early on Feb. 13, 2011 due to a pedunculated fibroid, incompetent cervix and suspected placental abruption.

    I would use the one closest you your normal waking time.

    I'd probably use the 7 am temp, but make a note of the other.

    Well 7 is closer than 3 so use that one.  It will just give you an open circle.

    for accuracy it needs to be same time, i set an alarm to wake up at 5:30 just to take my bbt then go back to bed

    i would only use the one at 7 if you got 3 full hours of sleep before that. still, the one at 3am [assuming you also got enough sleep before waking up then] should be accurate.

    i charted for almost a year and when i woke up early, my temps were more accurate than when i went back to sleep for a few hours and took it at my normal time, it was usually higher.
