cleaning company, recs/advice

I'm considering hiring a cleaning company to clean up the house before painting and moving in.  Everything is covered in a thick layer of dust from the tile removal/retiling.  IDK if a cleaning lady would be willing to do this since it's not just regular house maintenance and it would only be a one-time thing.  Do you girls know of someone or a particular company that could do this type of clean-up job in one day?

    My cleaning lady is coming tomorrow - I'll ask her if she would be willing to do that, if you like. She's really good.

    Merry Maids will do a one time cleaning, but tehy'll charge by the house.  I think it's something like $70 an hour (I called b/c I wanted our house scrubbed before sarah was born) and they usually take something like 3 hours for a complete scrubbing of a 3b/2ba.
