I had an incredible weekend!! This guy is so incredible. Best part of it is that he is real. He has done a lot of things that he is not proud of, but how he looks at it as learning experiences and he doesn't want to repeat the same mistakes. I feel so very lucky today. Plus he is coming in town tomorrow night and will be working here for about a week and a half. I am so excited!! We were talking about taking the kids to the zoo this weekend. Woohoo!!

    What do you like about him?  How long have you known him?  What does he do for a living?  Does he have any children?  

     

    Lets see, I have known him for about a month (boy does it seem longer...) I have known his mother and the rest of his family for almost 2 years.  He has 2 boys and is also in the process of getting divorced. He is a shipping agent and works out of Texas.

    As far as what i like about him, he is real and cares about someone other than himself.He pays attention to small stuff. I was in the store looking for a certain gum the other day and I couldn't find it. Guess what he had for me when I got off the plane, the freaking gum.  

    I met him on Valentine's Day and was supposed to meet him for Mardi Gras Day (Tuesday) for parades and then dinner. DD ended up going in the hospital Monday night, so I was not able to go. Well, he ended up bringing some beads and stuffed animals to the hospital for DD. He told me this weekend that he was going to see me Tuesday no matter what he had to do.

    That's great Peeps.  I agree, SLOW is good.  Hopefully his past is just that, in the past.  I am glad you had a good weekend!

    Oh dear lord in heaven I hope not.  Am I being a prude?  One month, children involved and meeting, sounds very quick to me.  Risky.

    Actually, it was not even about that. We had a great time just hanging out and doing a lot of fun things. That being said, I cannot say it didn't cross my mind more than a million times. I cannot promise to behave that well in the future...lol
